   it is men on pause time we cant help it.

   menopause causes physical imbalances and discomfort and for some women worse than others. Hot flashes, sweating, lack of sleep, gaining weight etc can be very physically exhausting. On the other side is the emotional difficulty some women have coping with menopause, loss of youth and childbearing abilities, changing body image, a husband that is NOT understanding etc. I have an idea you are one of those males that help contribute to the difficulties of menopause rather than supporting it.
